Each workout prescribed will build strength and endurance to give you a total body burn in minimal time. These routines can be done at the beginning or end of your current training regimen, in the morning or night, or as a tool to help you get a "jump start" to the "new you." All #FocusedN5 workouts can be done ANYWHERE!
Beginners: 2 Rounds. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds and rest for 45-60 seconds between each round.
Intermediate: 3 Rounds. Perform each exercise for 45 seconds and rest for 30-45 seconds between each round.
